lovely vista quality dining free bikes unclean rooms mold smell noise insulation

The bungalow room had a lovely vista over the Karsts. High-quality dining on the balcony was enjoyable with rice fields and birds singing every evening. The pool area was quite nice and the free bikes made exploring the surroundings very accessible..

The rooms smelled a bit unclean. There was also a mold smell in the bathroom. The rooms were not properly dark for sleeping, problematic. I could hear all toilet sounds from the neighboring rooms, too.

the staff went out of their way to make my stay acceptable.

the bathroom lighting was wholly ineffective for shaving. the mountain view from my veranda was despoiled by power cables bisecting the outlook. i found this unacceptable.

the staff displayed a keen eye for detail. the mountain veranda chamber featured sino-east asian style furnishings. the included breakfast was a well-presented buffet.

the safe was on the floor requiring one to get on their hands and knees to access it.

MAGNIFICENT stay!

amazing staff yoga sessions relaxing massage delivery service

The staff was helpful. They were really good too assist with a left-behind item. They HAND delivered it to me in Hanoi the next day. Complimentary morning yoga sessions were a HUGE plus! Massages were also great, very relaxing and rejuvenating.

The room wasn't COMPLETELY dark for sleeping, I could hear toilet sounds from the neighboring rooms.

The pool and gardens were beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing there after each day. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring the surrounding area! The hotel provides a guidebook to the area.

The room was large and featured a very nice bathroom equipped with both a tub and a shower. There was a lovely terrace to sit on and read! Rooms are decorated in bungalow style.

Breakfast had numerous options. I found them all tasty! The restaurant menu is extensive. It includes local dishes. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very convenient.
